Flat Iron Hike

The hike to Flat Iron Rock is quite a hike. It is almost 6000 feet above sea level if you go clear to the top. Heather and I hiked about 4000 feet up, and stopped at what we thought looked like Flat Iron, [it was a flat plateau], and enjoyed our Cliff bar and water. Although we did not continue to the top, [it was later that someone told us that where we were was not Flat Iron], we were none-the-less happy with ourselves, and headed back down the mountain.
